Diesel Nozzle

Diesel Head Rotor

Diesel Plunger

The function of the element is to meter and deliver the metered fuel. Element consists of barrel and plungers. The rotary motion of the plunger inside the barrel regulates the quantity of fuel and an upward motion delivers the fuel. The plunger is precisely fitted to the barrel with very small clearance to form a perfect sealing. They should be replaced as a set. Test Bench

The main function for the test bench is listed followings:
1,Imported international advanced technology,use original packing imported converter,the test stand has wide speed scope and good dynamic performance. 2,Direct output of main motor,start up with low voltage,save energy,small value of reduction of speed,high measurement accuracy,good reliability,and complete automatic protection function. 3,Clockwise or anticlockwise rotation speed is 0-4000r/min.It adopts WZ-I full-function digital controller and displays seven shifts preset of speed, rotate speed, count, fuel oil temperature. And equipped with systems such as air supply positive and negative pressure,VE pump inner pressure, reture oil amount, direct current electric power source and so on. It has full functions 4,Controlled by industry computer and equipped with digital display. It can be used normally even if the computer is not start. TurboChargers

A turbocharger, or turbo, is a gas compressor that is used for forced-induction of an internal combustion engine. A form of supercharger, the purpose of a turbocharger is to increase the density of air entering the engine to create more power. However, a turbocharger has the compressor powered by a turbine, driven by the engine's own exhaust gases, rather than direct mechanical drive as with many other superchargers.A turbocharger is a small radial fan pump driven by the energy of the exhaust gases of an engine. A turbocharger consists of a turbine and a compressor on a shared shaft. The turbine converts exhaust heat to rotational force, which is in turn used to drive the compressor. The compressor draws in ambient air and pumps it in to the intake manifold at increased pressure, resulting in a greater mass of air entering the cylinders on each intake stroke.

The objective of a turbocharger is the same as a supercharger; to improve the engine's volumetric efficiency by solving one of its cardinal limitations. A naturally aspirated automobile engine uses only the downward stroke of a piston to create an area of low pressure in order to draw air into the cylinder through the intake valves. Because the pressure in the atmosphere is no more than 1 atm (approximately 14.7 psi), there ultimately will be a limit to the pressure difference across the intake valves and thus the amount of airflow entering the combustion chamber. Because the turbocharger increases the pressure at the point where air is entering the cylinder, a greater mass of air (oxygen) will be forced in as the inlet manifold pressure increases. The additional air flow makes it possible to maintain the combustion chamber pressure and fuel/air load even at high engine revolution speeds, increasing the power and torque output of the engine.

Because the pressure in the cylinder must not go too high to avoid detonation and physical damage, the intake pressure must be controlled by venting excess gas. The control function is performed by a wastegate, which routes some of the exhaust flow away from the turbine. This regulates air pressure in the intake manifold.
